No booking is secured until a formal confirmation invoice is issued and the designated deposit has been cleared in full.
Velnora Travel acts in cooperation with hotels, airlines, and third-party transport operators to coordinate bookings. We reserve the right to decline booking requests at our sole discretion.
To secure confirmed travel bookings, you agree to make deposits and payments in accordance with the specified schedules. Failure to pay balance amounts on time may result in cancellation of bookings without refund.
All online transactions are routed through encrypted gateways. For custom high-end itineraries and private charters, specialized payment and milestone installment rules apply as indicated in your contract.
All luxury cruises, boutique hotel reservations, and custom excursions are subject to availability. If a requested service becomes unavailable, Velnora Travel will provide alternative options of equal value.
