If we decline a booking request after a payment has been authorized, we will refund the full authorized amount back to your original payment card immediately.

Any disputes regarding supplier services must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velnora Travel, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, booking services, or participation in any travel itineraries.
