All requests for booking cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing directly to your designated Velnora Travel advisor. Cancellations are only active upon receipt of our written confirmation.
It is critical to initiate cancellation requests as early as possible to minimize penalty charges imposed by suppliers.
Cancellations are subject to the individual refund rules and fee structures of our respective travel suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels, cruise lines).
Any supplier-imposed penalty fees are passed through to the client. Some boutique resorts and private villa charters maintain strictly non-refundable deposits during peak travel dates.
Approved refunds are processed in the original form of payment. While Velnora Travel processes refunds within 7 to 10 business days, final availability in your account depends on your financial institution's clearance times.
We will issue a formal credit statement detailing the refund transaction.
Certain booking components, including airline tickets, custom private charters, and promotional holiday packages, are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking confirmation.
Planning deposits and administrative processing charges are also non-refundable.
Requesting modifications to travel dates or configurations is subject to availability and supplier approval. Change fees and rate differentials may apply to complete the requested modifications.
We will work to minimize supplier charges for any requested adjustments.
